The rotating material handler is designed to carry a payload of 60,000 lbs. in a 20,000 lb. pan which is mounted below the unit. The rotating material handler, without the pan, can lift a load of 80,000 lbs. This unit is made to be suspended from an overhead crane/gantry and is attached at 4 points using cable sheaves. It has the capacity to rotate the pan +/- 180 degrees. The unit also has a 60 horse Cummins diesel motor which powers the hydraulic pump. It uses an external 110 V source to power the solenoid valves for the hydraulic system.
